Water retention is one of serious problem that have people. Increasing body weight increasing is water retention. 

An extra fluid between the cells is the water retention. Any person can face this problem but the pregnant women are more special. You can prevent from this by reducing take potassium. 

Major causes for the water retention are the pregnancy, menopause and hormonal changes. Other reasons are Food allergies, Hypothyroidism, Nutritional deficiencies, Liver disorders, Lack of protein, Poor kidney function, Minerals, Antioxidants, Inadequate intake of certain vitamins, Smoking to dust and Fast food.

If you want to prevent from this you need to take water for whole day adequately. Take fiber diet is more useful. Maintain sodium in normal range, take grains and nuts, take fish at least twice per week, administrate diuretics as prescribed will be the solutions for water retention.
